We are asking each family to do a few things regarding concessions:

1-Work two 60 minute shifts in the concession stand. Shifts are broken out by team. You can sign up for your two shifts by going to www.timetosignup.com/northernyorklax. 

2 – Donate items to the concession stand. By keeping our operating costs down all funds raised can go directly to the players. We have signup sheets created for our first weekend of home games. Additional sheets will be created once we see how this weekend goes.
 

You will also see a signup sheet for Concession Stand Startup Items – if you can contribute any of the listed items it would be appreciated. The items that you need to startup a concession stand are numerous and the costs add up. Every item that is donated helps defray the costs

*When signing up for items, please be conscious of when your game is and when we will need the item.

Please review the following guidelines for donations:
U10 parents - You will always play first and will help setup the concession stand. Part of that will be putting together the fruit salad and veggies w/ dip so it would make sense for you to sign up for these items. Once those items are taken, please spread out over the other categories.

U12& U14 parents - spread out over the categories so we have a constant flow of items arriving at the concession stand.

U14 parents - you will always play last and will help tear down the concession stand. Please sign up for drinks and non-perishable items. We will make arrangements to get the items dropped off/picked up prior to that weekend.

GIRL'S TEAMS: if you can sign up for something perishable and drop it off at the field on game day that would be great. Otherwise, sign up for drinks and non-perishable items. We will make arrangements to get the items dropped off / picked up prior to that weekend. 

EVERYONE: We will begin setting up the concession stand an hour before the first game. You are welcome to drop off your items any time after that.
